Shenzhen International Maker Week – An intimate understanding about EVA

On 14 October 2016, the Guang Ming New District sub-venue event of the second Shenzhen International Maker Week was hosted at Shenzhen Machinery Association Building.  The theme of the event was "creating the future by innovations and making the dreams come true by intelligence".  The event was attended by more than 200 people, which included Mr. He Yi Fei (Member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Supervisor of the Management Committee of Guang Ming New District), Mr. Cui Min Rong (Standing Committee Member of CPPCC Shenzhen Committee and Supervisor of the economic sub-committee of CPPCC Shenzhen Committee), Mr. Wen Zhan Cai (Deputy Director of the economic sub-committee of CPPCC Shenzhen Committee), Mr. Zhang Yaohua (Member of CPPCC Shenzhen Committee, Chairman of Shenzhen Machinery Association and Chief Executive Officer of EVA), Ms. Huang Shao Ping (Executive Vice Chairwoman and Chief Secretary of Shenzhen Machinery Association) and other representatives from different sectors of the community.

 
During the event, the participants visited Shenzhen EVA Mould Manufacturing Limited, a subsidiary of EVA which is the Chairman Enterprise of Shenzhen Machinery Association. They visited the manufacturing facilities and saw the various automated production lines of EVA.  The participants were deeply impressed by the high-end equipment and well organised production lines of EVA, and the revolutionary changes brought by smart manufacturing.
