Comprehensive Technological Standards
With respect to mould products, the Company has established and perfected various engineering management systems which include the mould design standards, engineering quality standards, mould processing technical standards. As a result, each manufacturing process is well governed and standardized.
Strong and Skillful Manufacturing Capability
The Company has strong and large-scale production facilities and exercises stringent control over the production cycles for moulds. With strong and skillful manufacturing capability, the Company can fully satisfy the requirements of the customers.
Monthly production capacity for metal stamping moulds:
Metal stamping moulds (single-stage/progressive): about 500/250 sets
Accurate and Reliable Testing Capability
The Company has formulated stringent operational standards and workflow for mould testing. Employees are also sent to take part in the training of testing technology each year. An individual division for the implementation of various mould testing procedures is also established in order to ensure that all moulds are of high quality. The Company has respectively passed the stringent certification standards for mould testing of various customers which include Ricoh, Canon, Fuji Xerox and Epson.
Full-assembly Service
This division operates independently since August 2004 and was established for the provision of complete-machine assembly services to its customers. This division is currently providing partial assembly services for various reputable international office automation equipment manufacturers which include Toshiba, Konica Minolta, Canon, Ricoh, Fuji Xerox, Epson and Kyocera Mita.
This division currently occupies an area of approximately 3,600m2 and has a spacious, bright and dust-free workshop. It can design and fabricate various production lines in accordance with the nature and categories of the customers' products. This division also has complete sets of equipment including riveting, butt welding, laser welding, lead-free soldering and assembly equipment and sufficient technical staff. With the provision of full scale assembly services, the capability of the Group to meet the "low cost, high efficiency and high quality" requirements of its customers is strengthened.
