Production Management Capability (Manufacturing of Precision Metal Lathes)

The Company has a comprehensive system and has established a complete set of execution standards and operational benchmark for each production procedure. The Company places strong emphasis on standardized operations and systematic production with a view to obtaining benefits from effective management.

Status of Equipment and Manufacturing Capability
The Company possessed more than 190 sets of high precision equipment including precision digital control lathes and machining centres for the lathing, grinding, milling and drilling procedures, 50 sets of which are digital control lathes purchased from Tsugami or Nomura.

Technical Standard
The Company possessed a strong team of technicians which can independently design and manufacture various shafts and rivets in accordance with the different requirements from customers. The Company can carry out in-depth processing for shafts and components of various shapes, complexity and size with production accuracy within 3-5µm.

Status of Testing Capability
The Company has formulated detailed quality assurance standards and has employed experienced quality assurance personnel. The Company applies numerous quality assurance methodologies throughout the entire production cycle from the purchases of raw materials to the delivery of components with a view to ensuring that the customers' products are of the highest quality.

Smooth Logistics and Delivery on Time

The Company has established a distribution centre which is managed by distribution areas. The Company's vehicle teams have more than 10 vehicles including wagons and container trucks which are effectively utilized at an utilization rate of more than 90%. The Company has strong logistic capability and products can generally be delivered to destinations in Southern and Eastern China within one to three hours depending on the delivery distance (Delivery within the region).
