Definite Principle and Clear Objective

1. During the course of design, production and daily operations, we take social responsibility with a view to minimizing the impact on the environment. Our group also makes continuous improvements in the prevention of pollution, energy saving, minimization of wastage and resource recycling.
2. We deeply understand that the establishment of environmental management programme is very important for an enterprise. We educate our staff about the importance of environment protection and the implementation of environment friendly production. We take social responsibility, cooperate with outside organizations and contribute our best to protect the environment of our group and the Earth.

Well Developed System and Effective Implementation
Our environmental management system is well developed and operates in accordance with international standards. We were accredited with ISO14001:1996 certificate by the BSI group on 25 March 2003 and were upgraded to ISO14001: 2004 certificate on 3 April 2006. As the international standards for environment protection is upgrading, our environment management system also improves accordingly. Since the establishment of our group, we strictly complied with relevant laws and standards and up to date, no incident which causes environmental damages has occurred.

Our principle, obligation and mission is to "prevent pollution, treasure the resources, love the Earth and beautify the environment".

Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (RoHS)

Well Developed System and Definite Objective
We combine the existing ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001:2004 requirements with the WEEE and RoHS requirements to establish our own environmental management system. We exert stringent controls on various production procedures from the purchases of raw materials to production and delivery of products and, if necessary, we will take our products to relevant authorities for enrivonment protection testing. At present, all suppliers and factory partners have signed RoHS agreements with us and submitted to us their product testing reports. At the same time, we have also entered into agreements with our customers for not using toxic and hazardous substances in our production process with a view to achieving our environmental management objectives. Our objectives on environmental protection are as follows:

• Not to purchase products containing toxic and hazardous substance!
• Not to manufacture products containing toxic and hazardous substance!
• Not to sell products containing toxic and hazardous substance!

Satisfied Customers
With a view to complying international standards, we have been continuously improving our management systems together with our customers. In this way, our management systems are upgraded continuously and as such, we have won various accreditations from customers. We were awarded with Green Activity Certificate from Canon on 15 December 2004 and CMS (Chemical Substances Management System) Certificate from Ricoh on 8 January 2005
